Arthur C. Clarke died
Sad news: Science fiction writer Arthur C. Clarke just passed away at the age of 90. Clarke said recently: “I have had a diverse career as a writer, underwater explorer and space promoter. Of all these I would like to be remembered as a writer.” The story goes that Arthur C. Clarke send some of his DNA (hair) in orbit hoping an advanced civilization will one day will clone him or something. “One day, some super civilization may encounter this relic from the vanished species and I may exist in another time. Move over, Stephen King.”
