Yep, I kind of need new sunglasses. I misused the old pair and it has scratches all over it. So tonight I was looking for a new pair online and found great new Ray-Ban sunglasses, the RB2151. Almost similar to the pair worn by Jake Blues in the Blues Brothers…

So while browsing for sunglasses I stumbled upon a link to a cool video of a guy catching a pair of sunglasses on his face…

Surely this must be trickery of some sort but I couldn’t really figure it out… and it’s so simple. I could tell you how they did it but why not leave it to Captain Disillusion himself in his own explanatory video?

The only things Captain Disillusion can’t explain are his weird make-up and why the guy who ‘throws’ the glasses is dressed up like Shaggy Rogers from Scooby Doo… that will always remain a mystery.

Oh well since Captain Disillusion mentions the sequel to ‘catching glasses’ here it is… Nicely done.
